About the event
Welcome to our first health and wellness retreat sponsored by Lighten Up Fitness, LLC.
This retreat is to bring those together who love fitness and the outdoors. We will have group class sessions, activities inside and outside, and speakers to help you reconnect to nature and keep moving. A $50 deposit is required to hold your spot. Tickets include classes, activities, food and lodging. Day passes are also available, that will include that day's activities and food.
